Is the resort pet-friendly?
Yes. We accept dogs (up to 2 per room, each up to 50 lbs) with a $50 fee per pet per night. Pets are allowed under these conditions, but all animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved before arrival. A pet fee will be charged to cover extended cleaning, deodorizing, and depreciation of the room. View our Pet Policy.

If I am staying at Mainland Resort do I have access to the beach?
Yes, our private beach is accessible to all resort guests on a first-come, first-serve basis. Mainland guests can access the beach using our complimentary beach shuttle. For more details about our private beach.

What is your cancellation policy?
24-Hours. Cancellation requests received before 4 PM hotel local time 24 hours before the reservation arrival date will receive a full refund of any deposit, taxes, and fees collected. Late cancellation requests received within 24 hours of check-in will be charged a room rate of one night, tax, and applicable fees. Prepaid and advance purchase reservations are non-refundable and subject to offer terms and conditions at the time of booking. The balance of the total room reservation fee will be charged to the guest’s card on file upon arrival. No-show, late arrival, or early check-out are subject to 100% of the reservation’s room night charges, taxes, and fees applicable to the original reservation.

Is breakfast included with my stay?
We offer a $20 breakfast credit per room per night. This can be applied to breakfast at Rolf's Continetal Kitchen during breakfast or brunch. Please note your total breakfast purchase may be more than $20, this is at the guest's discretion.

How do I access the Beach Shuttle?
We are pleased to provide a complimentary Beach Shuttle at Casey Key Resorts for our guests' convenience. Please register at our Mainland front desk to arrange a ride to the beach. The Beach Shuttle operates daily from 10 AM to 5:30 PM and is also available upon request. Review the full shuttle details.
